Favorable regulatory, complaint, employment, bankruptcy and felony review (as defined by Five Star Professional); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. Evaluation criteria – considered: 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Noninstitutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9. Number of client households served; 10. Education and professional designations. FSWM award candidates are identified by one of three sources: firm nomination, peer nomination or pre-qualification based on industry standing. The Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors award, issued by Investment News, is awarded based on employee responses to surveys administered by IN Research covering compensation, benefits, leadership and training/development, and other factors. The survey was administered to employees of nominated practices in September 2024. Practices receiving the award paid $700 to Investment News to have the award and photos published in Investment News magazine.
Best Companies Group – Best Places to Work for Women is issued based on employer and employee responses to surveys administered by Best Company Group. The employee survey was administered to employees of awardee in October 2024. Employers paid a $500 application fee.
Houston Business Journal Best Places to Work is awarded based upon responses of employees to a survey administered by Quantum Workplace. Participants pay a fee for administration of the employee survey.
